Green Detoxifying Smoothie

Ingredients

1 apple

1 pear

1 banana

2 celery

1 cup baby spinach

2 cups romaine lettuce

1 thumb size piece of fresh ginger

1 cucumber

2 cup of water (or more if you like more diluted)

1/2 lemon

 

Instructions

  1. Wash all ingredients.
  2. Cut up ingredients in smaller size.
  3. In a powerful blender, blend lettuce and spinach first before adding rest of the ingredients.
  4. Put it in a tight container and enjoy it for up to 2 days. Best to enjoy on the same day that it is made.
