Meet Our Experts:
Elli Luy, Physiotherapist
Hey there, I'm Elli, and I’m dedicated to helping women on their health journeys and getting them to feel their best. As an experienced physiotherapist, health coach and a comprehensive certified Pilates instructor, my primary focus is on pain management, injury prevention and overall wellness. I’ve been working with peri- and postmenopausal women for years, and I’m passionate about supporting them through the physical changes that accompany that stage of life.
I believe in the motto ‘motion is lotion’ and emphasize the importance of movement during rehabilitation, rather than relying solely on passive treatments. My approach incorporates strength training and conditioning exercises using weights, Pilates equipment, and progressive overloading. This helps clients prevent injuries, manage existing ones, improve postural awareness, and enhance overall wellness. It’s an approach that clients find most enjoyable, sustainable, and conducive to long-lasting positive changes.
I genuinely care about each client’s wellness journey and continuously seek new techniques and skills to enhance my programs and achieve the best possible results.
I’m excited about the opportunity to help women achieve holistic wellness, alongside Sosan, with the “Menopause Blood Sugar Blueprint”. I look forward to working with you to help you feel your best.
Sosan Hua, Health Investment Coach
Hello, I'm Sosan, and I'm passionate about helping women take control of their blood sugar and live healthier lives. As a mom of two, I understand the challenges of balancing work, family, and aging parents. With over 20 years as a registered dietitian turned health investment expert and 15 years as a certified diabetes educator, I've helped countless women in perimenopause and menopause manage their blood sugar and prevent diabetes complications.
My dedication to this work is personal. Watching my grandmother struggle with diabetes complications was heartbreaking, and it inspired me to help others avoid the same fate. I focus on holistic health – from diet and exercise to stress management and sleep – because I believe that blood sugar control is key to overall well-being.
I'm thrilled to offer the "Blood Sugar Mastery Roadmap" program in partnership with a physiotherapist. Together, we have over 40 years of experience. Our program provides personalized guidance, comprehensive resources, and a supportive community to help you make positive, lasting changes.
