Sosan is a former dietitian with 20 years of experience and now a Health Investment Coach, specializing in blood sugar balance, menopause health, metabolic wellness, and bone health support for women over 40. Having worked extensively with postmenopausal women, she understands the challenges of osteoporosis, muscle loss, and aging-related health concerns, which is why her approach goes beyond blood sugar management to include healthy aging and bone strength strategies.

With a passion for prevention and long-term health, Sosan focuses on nutrition, movement, stress management, and sleep optimization to help women maintain strong bones, metabolic health, and overall vitality. Her evidence-based strategies are designed to be practical and easy to implement, ensuring that women can take charge of their health and age with confidence.

Sosan has led workshops, health coaching programs, and community wellness initiatives to help women build a resilient body and balanced lifestyle. She simplifies complex health concepts into doable steps, empowering women to feel stronger, more energetic, and vibrant at any age.

Dr. Clement Liu – Chiropractor & Acupuncturist

Dr. Clement Liu is a chiropractor and acupuncturist with over 20 years of experience, specializing in treating older adults with conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, scoliosis, chronic pain, and neuropathic disorders. He holds certifications in Bonefit (Osteoporosis Canada) and Schroth for scoliosis management. His background in kinesiology enables him to teach exercises effectively.
 
Dr. Liu blends Western and Eastern rehabilitation approaches, making him adept at managing complex cases. He has delivered numerous community health talks and hosted a health show on Toronto Chinese Radio (2005-2007). He also taught Physical Aging at Humber College (2015-2020) and now mentors students at his Markham clinic.
 
His passion for osteoporosis management stems from witnessing the impact of falls and fractures in older adults. He emphasizes strength-building and fall prevention, empowering patients to take control of their health rather than solely relying on the healthcare system.
