Hello, I'm Sosan and I'll be your guide on this journey towards better health. I am a former dietitian with 20 years of experience and a Certified Diabetes Educator for 15 years. In addition to my professional qualifications, I am a busy mom of two, much like many of you, juggling work, family, and personal health.
Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to help thousands of busy women understand their bodies, interpret their blood work, and take proactive steps towards a healthier lifestyle, even with their demanding schedules. For the past 16 years, I've been a trusted voice on a local radio station, sharing valuable insights and practical advice with a wide audience.
I'm deeply passionate about preventative health. I firmly believe that investing in our health is the best investment we can make. Over the years, I've evolved from being a dietitian and diabetes educator to becoming a Health Investment Coach. My mission is to simplify complex health concepts, share effective strategies for managing conditions like high blood sugar and fatty liver, and help you find a balance between work, family, and health. Together, we can achieve a healthier, happier life.
