Day 2 - Sleep Quality

October 6th 2020 at 10 am EST - Live: I will walk you through my sleep routine, what method I did and what works for my thousands of clients who have sleeping issues.  Try my Special Sosan Sleep Elixir (SSS drink)

Day 3 - Keep energy high

In this Live webinar, we are going to talk about your energy level!  Why do you feel tired?  Learn what is the worst thing you should do to yourself when you feel tired.   I will share my morning drink that helps you start your day right.

Identify the factors that affect your blood sugar level.

 

Day 4 - your WHY?

October 8th, 2020 10 EST 

Live: Move your body, change your mood.  We are going to talk about things that you hate to do or not doing it correctly.  Exercise may not be the best thing for you when you already very tired. 

Then we are going to talk about Finding Your Why with Sosan.

You have to know your way to help stay consistent and change your habits for life.  I am going to teach you how your WHY controls your actions.

 

Day 5 - Staying on track

How to fine tune as you go….what is the next step for you!  We will explore different ways you can do to staying on track.
