Hello, I'm Sosan Hua. With 20 years of experience as a private dietitian, I have dedicated my life to understanding nutrition and helping women achieve optimal health. Now, as a Health Investment Coach, I empower busy Chinese women over 40 to reclaim their health. I know firsthand how aging and menopause change our lives because I’m experiencing these changes myself. My focus is on essential topics such as menopause, blood sugar, cholesterol, fatty liver, and healthy aging.
I believe that investing in your health is as crucial as planning for your financial future. Meet Sosan

My grandmother’s battle with diabetes and its heartbreaking outcome sparked my passion for health and wellness. I’m Sosan Hua—formerly a private dietitian with 20 years of experience, 15 years as a Certified Diabetes Educator, and now a Health Investment Coach. I help busy Chinese women over 40, especially as we navigate the challenging journey of menopause. I know firsthand how these major changes can make managing our health even harder because I’m experiencing them myself.
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of serving as the Chairperson for the Canadian Cancer Society Chinese Symposium for 7 years, and I’ve been an advisor and guest speaker for the Heart and Stroke Foundation Chinese Forum. I have spoken on global stages, and for the last 18 years, I’ve been a weekly guest speaker on Chinese radio from AM 1430 to A1 Radio—plus, I continue to share my insights on CBC Morning Radio. My expertise and tips have also been featured in print media such as Sing Tao, Ming Pao, and the Toronto Star. Making a difference is what drives me every day.
After discovering the transformative benefits of functional medicine and mindset coaching, I witnessed incredible results when we addressed the root causes of health issues and built simple, sustainable habits. As a busy mom, I realized that running a private practice was leaving me overwhelmed, so I transitioned to the online world to reach and help more women without sacrificing personal freedom or family life.
I understand the delicate balance between caring for our families and prioritizing our own well-being. My mission is to empower Chinese women over 40 to prevent type 2 diabetes, manage the challenges of menopause, and achieve optimal health by reversing insulin resistance and establishing simple daily habits. I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way so that you can enjoy a vibrant, balanced life.
我祖母與糖尿病抗爭的經歷及其悲劇結局,點燃了我對健康與養生的熱情。我是Sosan Hua,曾擔任私人營養師二十年,擁有15年的認證糖尿病教育師經驗,如今轉型成為健康投資教練。我專注於幫助40歲以上忙碌的華人女性,尤其在更年期這段充滿挑戰的旅程中。我深知這些重大變化如何讓健康管理變得更為艱難,因為我自己正親身經歷著這些轉變。
