Hello, I'm Sosan, and I'm thrilled to share my passion for helping women like you take control of their blood sugar and live healthier lives. With 20 years of experience in private practice as a dietitian, serving thousands of clients, and 15 years as a certified diabetes educator, I've dedicated my career to supporting women in the perimenopausal and menopausal stages to manage their blood sugar and prevent diabetes complications.
Now, as a Health Investment Expert, I bring a holistic approach that goes beyond traditional nutrition. My expertise encompasses functional medicine, holistic nutrition, and a focus on physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I believe that true health is not just about food; it's about nurturing every aspect of your life.
My personal connection to this work runs deep. My own grandmother suffered from diabetes complications, and watching her struggle was heartbreaking. It's because of her that I'm so passionate about helping others take control of their blood sugar and avoid the same fate.
