I'm Elli, and I’m dedicated to helping women on their health journeys and getting them to feel their best. As an experienced physiotherapist, health coach and a comprehensive certified Pilates instructor, my primary focus is on pain management, injury prevention and overall wellness. I’ve been working with peri- and postmenopausal women for years, and I’m passionate about supporting them through the physical changes that accompany that stage of life.
